Hydropower Project Threatens Eco-Jewel of Pakistani Kashmir

MUZAFFARABAD, Jammu and Kashmir, June 12, 2009 (ENS) - Pakistan has initiated a massive hydropower project in its administrative part of Kashmir without fulfilling basic environmental obligations required for such development projects.
Contemporary international environmental laws and standards bind all governments and their publics to conduct environmental impact assessments and ecological surveys for all major projects to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
Regardless, Pakistan's Water And Power Development Authority has started the construction of the US$2.16 billion Neelum-Jhelum Hydro Project in the remote and scenic Neelum Valley, 100 kilometers (60 miles) northwest of Islamabad, without an environmental impact assessment.
The 969 megawatt project will divert the Neelum River, also called the Kishangana, which originates in the Indian part of Kashmir. The Neelum will flow through a 47 kilometer-long underground tunnel system to another river, the Jehlum, near Muzaffarabad, the capital of the Pakistan-controlled Kashmir.

From a state of prayer I invoked
the energies of God, Metatron, Melchizedek, and Michael, and all their legions,
to participate in the opening of my heart to fulfill my highest divine purpose
on earth.
I heard these words:
“Today is the day that the waters run pure.”
I was given these instructions and invoked these energies:
“Today is the day that the
waters run pure. Every drop of
water on the planet is now transformed into its purest nature.
All water, everywhere, no matter what it has endured is now and forever
enlivened into its true, pure and perfect pattern. Know that this is true…no matter who would say nay.
All that is required is that you know this.
Invoke and we will assist.”
I was told to invoke these
beings…
God, The 24 Elders, The Council of 12, The Council of Nine, Metatron, Michael, Melchizedek, and all beings that work with them, all beings of the angelic hierarchy who serve the Christ purpose and the divine will of the one God.
I found myself invoking these
beings and saying these words:
“Please participate with us in
the transmutation of all energies that have been of a negative energetic
influence to the waters everywhere on the planet.
May we join together to create healthy, light-filled water,
everywhere.” I was shown the
earth with sparkling clean water where all life was renewed.
I was shown a choir of beings all
singing Hallelujah. I felt their
joy for this new day on earth. I
was told that this was indeed a new beginning.
Next I was told to invoke,
and was shown that all industries, and persons who are right at this moment
placing something in a body of water that is not of the pure organic pattern,
will be transformed now, and from this point forward.
I was shown that all pipes dumping into bodies of water from industrial
sites were pouring only pure water out. I
was told that soon we would hear of strange miracles where leaders from within
industries would report that they ‘don’t understand it, but their pollution
has ceased’. I was shown a day
very soon where we will hear and see reports in the news that industrial
pollution doesn’t exist anymore. I was shown a planet where all the waters
glistened with light and felt joy for the transformation that had occurred on
December 30, 2000…which will be known in the heavens as the day the waters ran
pure and clean.
Praise God and give thanks!!
May we all rejoice…as are all in “Heaven”.
Praise God for “The day the waters run pure.”
